Chhatu Ambula Besara

Recipe Process
Take 1 tea spoon of oil in a pan.Then fry patato for 2 to 3 mins. Then remove it from Pan. Then make a fine paste of Mustard seeds, Jeera seeds, Garlic and Green chillis. Then take rest amount of oil in a pan. Then Add panch phoran and then add the Chhatu and fry it until it cooks. Then add the fried Aalu pieces. Then add sorisa paste into it, salt and turmeric powder and fry it for 1-2 mins. Then add some water into it and cook it for 6-7 mins . Then add the Ambula into it. And cook it to adjust the water level as needed. Then remove it from pan and serve

Recipe Ingredients
1/2 kg Chhatu cut into small pieces 1 small Aalu cut into small pieces 2 Dry Ambula (mango) soaked in water 1 tea spoon panch phoran 2 tea spoon of Sorisa 1 tea spoon of jeera seeds 8-9 cloves of Rasuna 3/4 tea spoon of turmeric powder 2 tea spoon Oil 1/2 tea spoon of red chilli powder 1-2 green chillies salt to taste
